RETURNS/REFUNDS

At the moment, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges, all sales are final at purchase. My goal is that each customer is happy with every purchase, if you are not, please reach out. If your items were damaged in transit, please send a photo of the damaged items via email to info@playbrightstudio.com within 7 days of arrival.

Customers are responsible for shipping returns and for re-shipping undeliverable orders. If you would like more information about an item before purchasing, please send an email or fill out a form here!

SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped through USPS. Orders will be processed within 2-5 days from purchase and customers will receive a notification when shipped. Addresses cannot be changed after an order is shipped, please reach out within 24 hrs of purchase to correct any mistakes while checking out. Please allow at least an additional 7-10 days for delivery after your order has been processed and filled. 

We are not liable for packages lost in transit. If you suspect your items have been lost in transit, please contact USPS, using their system first, here.

PICKUP

If you select local pick-up, you will receive an email within 2-3 business days when your order is ready. Follow the instructions in the email for the exact address. Pick-up is only available on Sundays and Wednesdays from 8am-6pm, your order will be held for 7 days after it’s ready. 

CARE INFO

There are a few things that you can do to keep your polymer clay jewelry pieces in great condition. Take care not to bend them and avoid scratching the surface with anything abrasive. Oils, lotions, makeup and dark dyes may rub off on your clay jewelry. If they need to be cleaned, use an unscented baby wipe, rubbing alcohol or a damp cloth.
